  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with Courier Express for our shipping services. The estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order through the Courier Express website at courierexpress.net.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  • Orders containing hazardous materials or restricted items may have special shipping requirements.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • KZ SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@kzsolutionsllc.com so we can assist with a claim.


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
